Serve as a member and advisor to the local leadership team Coach and mentor leaders and team members as appropriate Lead local recruiting, on-boarding and off-boarding processes Ensure consistent compliance with employment legislation Oversee the facility's safety program, ensuring adherence to various safety requirements including OSHA standards Administer Corporate benefit programs and facilitate the annual enrollment process Facilitate training, educational programs, and events that encourage and enhance team member well-being and growth Drive performance and compensation review processes Maintain Workday (HR system of record) and support team members with its use Consistently apply appropriate judgment and discretion in the handling of sensitive and/or confidential information Maintain strong community relations Participate in and/or lead special projects as needed Requirements for the Human Resources Leader Position:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related fields 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of employment legislation and safety regulations Experience with employee relations, performance management, meeting facilitation, training, and coaching others, managing multiple responsibilities, and leading organizational change Demonstrated effective written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Prior Workday experience a plus SNELLING is a contingency recruiting firm, placing Northern Colorado candidates in professional career-oriented positions for 25 years.
