ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Perform general labor including sorting and stacking blueberry totes.
Operating blueberry sorting equipment.
Perform packaging, labeling and box making function.
Maintain work area clean by performing constant and general housekeeping tasks.
Other general labor tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
Skills Ability to lift up to 25
pounds Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing in a cold storage environment WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to a typical fast-paced production --high industrial and agricultural equipment traffic, extreme temperatures in an environment exposed to dust and other natural elements.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, over-time, double-time and holidays throughout the duration of our pack season (April through June); this is critical to support the needs of the business and is subject to change.
