The General Laborer is responsible for performing various supporting tasks to aid daily operations.
Responsibilities Providing packaging material to fruit packers and maintaining trolley system stocked with the necessary material.
Labeling and packaging packed boxes.
Washing and stacking empty totes.
Maintaining work area clean and free of any fruit on the floor, leaves, or debris.
Other duties or tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Education and Experience Experience working in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment in the last year required.
Skills Ability to lift 40
lbs.
consistently throughout the day Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing Ability to climb and descend stairs frequently WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to a typical fast-paced production environment --high industrial and agricultural equipment traffic, extreme temperatures in an environment exposed to dust, peach fuzz and other natural elements.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, over-time, double-time and holidays throughout the duration of our pack season (May to September); this is critical to support the needs of the business and is subject to change.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
