Our programs and care levels are designed to meet individual needs and encourage an active and friendly community for seniors.
Palm Village's five levels of care include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, Assisted Living Memory Care and Skilled Memory Care.

Performs day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned according to established housekeeping procedures.

Vacuums, dusts, cleans toilets, sinks, showers, floors, and windows in resident rooms, lobby, chapel and other various areas.
3.
Maintains supplies on cleaning cart in an organized and effective manner.
4.
Uses time effectively and maintains a proper cleaning schedule.
5.
Assists with clean-up situations.
6.
Responds to requests of residents or staff in a calm, congenial and responsible manner.
7.
Assures that established infection control and universal precaution practices are maintained when performing housekeeping procedures.
8.
Cleans/polishes furnishing, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units etc.
in resident rooms, recreational areas, and other public areas as instructed.
9 Cleans hallways, utility rooms, equipment, walls and ceiling, by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, etc.
10.
Discards waste/trash into proper containers and relines trash receptacles with appropriate liners in accordance with established infection control procedures.
11.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
12.
Follows fire safety policies and procedures, reports all hazardous conditions or equipment to the supervisor, and follows safety precautions when performing all tasks.
13.
Observes needed repairs and situations, then reports via maintenance work ticket what needs to be completed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
