Responsibilities:
Schedule and perform facility safety inspections Assist with safety rules implementation Maintain current safety programs Deliver and conduct safety training for managers, crew supervisors and department leads Prepare summaries regarding in-house safety audits and injury investigations Conduct injury investigation for all facilities Conduct new hire training Process injury claims while working with Human Resource Clerk Process new hire paperwork for field personnel Meet compliance and reporting of federal and state regulations
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Eng/Spa) a plus Prior experience handling compliance to Fed/OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOL and other governmental agency regulations Ability to perform audits, inspections, training, identify and correct hazards, etc.
Detail-orientated and focused on reducing accidents, injuries, and workplace violence.
Handle accident/incident investigation, medical treatment, corrective actions, and maintain excellent records.
Pay Range:
Min ($17.
50) to Max ($18.
50) This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above.
If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
